Survey Says: Customer Interaction Key to Online Sales

Michelle Megna wrote an article about the recent e-tailing group’s 11th Annual Mystery Shopping Survey. Not surprisingly they reveal that customer interaction increases online sales. Given that JumpGauge interactive labeling is just such a tool, it gives more credence to the specific technology and the entire premise of the JumpGauge.
